Abstract.
The study was designed to examine the role of healthy staff and student user relationship in
enhancing service delivery in university libraries. The aim of the study is to find out how the
relationship between library staff and student users contributing to enhanced service delivery in
university libraries. The study also delved into finding out the relationship patterns, challenges
associated with healthy staff user relationship, it also determined appropriate strategies for
enhancement and made general recommendation and conclusion.
